For the first time in Switzerland!
Beneath the vaults of the Elisabethenkirche, The Forgotten Legend of Basel comes to life – in an immersive show featuring video mapping, light, sound, and aerial choreographies.
On a winter’s night in 2026, as the city prepares for the “drey scheenschte Dääg” – the Fasnacht carnival – time falls out of joint. The audience is transported to the heart of the 19th century, where the paths of Christoph and Margaretha cross.
When the Basilisk awakens from the depths of the Rhine, past and present blur together. Basel begins to tremble.
A unique, sensory, and emotional experience – in the heart of the city of Basel!
